BeatCut does not host or provide films, series or other third-party footage. Users upload their own material and are responsible for having the rights to it.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content produced with BeatCut infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including: identification of the work, the URL or job identifier of the allegedly infringing video, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

Valid notices are processed promptly. We remove the identified output, notify the account holder, and may suspend repeat infringers. Source uploads are temporary by design, so they are normally already deleted once processing ends.

Counter-notice

If your video was removed and you believe this was a mistake, send a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction. We may restore the content if the complainant does not pursue the matter.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are terminated, and their ability to create new renders is disabled.
